It is mostly at the later stage of this disease that the signs and symptoms of lung cancer manifest itself. Patients with lung cancer will experience chronic cough, constant chest pain, hemoptysis,pneumonia,bronchitis, swelling of he neck and face, weight loss and lack of appetite and one will also feel occasional symptoms of fatigue.
